Where do you source your meat?

We partner with local family farms in Kentucky and Tennessee that prioritize animal welfare and sustainable practices. All our animals are pasture-raised and never given hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

How is my order shipped to ensure freshness?

Your order is packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe temperature during transit. We use carbon-neutral shipping partners to deliver your meat fresh to your doorstep.

What is the difference between dry-aged and wet-aged beef?

We dry-age our beef for at least 14 days. This traditional process allows natural enzymes to break down connective tissue, resulting in superior tenderness and a more concentrated, savory flavor profile.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because we process and cut our meat to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can choose to subscribe to your favorite cuts or curated boxes and save 10% on every order. You have full control to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right with a refund or replacement.
